I had an excellent experience working with Jayne on my first home purchase. She helped me narrow down my housing choices with timely suggestions, carefully considering my housing preferences in the process. With Jayne’s help, I was able to find about five condos to visit out of many available ones, even without having visited Lexington in person. When I finally did visit, I was impressed by how knowledgeable Jayne was about the surrounding area. After speaking with Jayne and walking through a few neighborhoods, I felt like I had lived in the city for years, even though I'd only been to Lexington once. Jayne also gave some great advice on what to look for in a condo, such as whether there are windows in the bedrooms and the condition of the common areas as an indicator of how residents treat the building. I found this advice particularly helpful as a first-time homebuyer. When it came time to make the offer, Jayne made every step very smooth. Jayne was very helpful in helping me secure financing, and was excellent in guiding me through the closing process. All in all, I am glad to have worked with Jayne on buying my first house, and I hope we have a chance to work again in the future.

Jayne is fabulous! She helped me buy my first home, then sell that home, and then buy my most recent home. I've always been satisfied when working with her. She's quick to respond to phone calls, emails, or text messages. I'm still a young buyer so she helped ease the stress of buying a house and moving by answering all my questions, even the weird ones. She knows Lexington very well and was extremely helpful in easing my mind when it came to locations. I can't see myself using any other realtor as long as Jayne isn't retired. :)

When you are buying in a hot market it is imperative to have an agent that is on top of things and can be available at a moments notice to look at a home that you may want to purchase. This is what we needed and Jayne was up to the task. I could not recommend her enough. Never a time when I couldn't get a hold of her to ask a question or schedule a showing. As a first time home buyer, Jayne could not have been a better agent for my wife and I during this stressful time when trying to find a home that meets all ofour needs. Excellent service. Knowledgeable in many areas. She knows everyone in town...she can hook you up with anything house related that you might need during your home buying process. She is a wealth of knowledge and she is committed to her clients. She understands this process in and out and - more importantly - understands the emotions and decisions that you as a buyer/seller are going through. As long as we're in town, she'll be the one I call next time we need an agent.
